Hello again! My name is Laura Bibb and I created Sweet Cream Jams.

I had some of my 13 grandchildren one morning and, of course, biscuits and jelly are a favorite. By the time the 5 year old had finished his, the jelly was all over him, all over the dishes, all over the table and, somehow, all over his little brother who was 6 ft away in a highchair! As I cleaned them and the rest of the mess I thought to myself, " I need to find a way to infuse these together. " 

That being said, I got busy attempting, successfully, to infuse butter and jam into one mess free product. I now have a patent pending and I'm spreading the news on this new product!

I spend all spring, summer and fall planting and tending my gardens, herb beds, and small orchard. Through the winter I'm blending teas and making salves. Be sure to check out my Herbals page. 

I'm just your average Nana who loves her grandkids, loves to garden and bake and it has grown from there.
